More control over his foil 2. Less catch when landing after radical maneuvers and 3. vertical-align: inherit,\u003eExtend a board in length so that it is thinner and therefore more closely connected to the foil, and the setup becomes much less agile. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"box-sizing: border-box, vertical-align: inherit,\u003eChoose a compact shape, adding cutouts if possible, and you have a more agile board, but less connection to the foil and also more volume. vertical-align: inherit,\u003eElliot Leboe, long-time water sports enthusiast and windsurfing pioneer, kiteboarder and now foiler, is one of the best videographers on Maui and a KT R\u0026amp;D rider. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"box-sizing: border-box, vertical-align: inherit,\u003eHe has collected more footage of foilers in various disciplines than probably anyone else. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"box-sizing: border-box, vertical-align: inherit,\u003eAfter watching hours of foiling footage for various projects, Elliot noticed that when most people take a nosedive, it's not because the board is short, but because the rear part \"holds\" the board when it touches down, and the momentum sends the rider flying over the sharper rails to the bottom chamfered section, allowing the rails to release from the water instantly, like a race board, and making it possible to take off with as little friction as Kai, Elliot, and Casey continued to run through the range, chasing locations on Maui where no one could see them, sometimes carrying board bags into the water or, if someone passed by on a downwinder, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"box-sizing: border-box, vertical-align: inherit,\u003eBack at the factory, Keith, Thierry, Byran and Mike realized that by making the core of the board out of high-density foam instead of standard foam, they would create a much stronger basic structure and further improve the board's responsiveness. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"box-sizing:
