Der Severne Blue RDM hat eine Constantcurve Biegekurve und weist einen Carbonanteil von 90 % aus.

Eine weitere Glasfaseraußenschicht macht den Skinny Mast widerstandsfähiger und schützt ihn gegen Aufprallschäden und Sonneneinstrahlung.

Der Blue ist etwas leichter (150 g) als der Gorilla G2 und wird von Severne als Mastempfehlung für das Overdrive und Turbo GT ausgesprochen.

Um die Relevanz eines passenden Mastes zu verdeutlichen, erklärt Ben Severne (Chefdesigner) in einem Interview, dass er zuerst den Mast entwickelt und im Anschluss das passende Segel dazu designed.
