Whether free-flying, wave-riding, or freestyle, the new A-Wing XPS delivers next-generation performance, power, and control. We recruited the world's leading wing and kite designers to take this shape to the next level. Every aspect of the new A-Wing XPS has been tirelessly considered, tested, and fine-tuned across a broad range of riding conditions.

An innovative Cross-Panel Sail (XPS) design ensures excellent connectivity when riding. This futuristic panel layout significantly reduces sail deformation by improving load distribution and frame stiffness. This gives all wing sizes a very direct and controlled feel for easy and comfortable flying. Removable carbon fiber battens minimize trailing edge flutter and allow for easy canopy adjustment for different wind strengths.

The profile cross-section of the XPS combined with our Pre-Twist Tip Geometry provides incredible speed and excellent upwind performance. This benefits jump amplitude in freestyle maneuvers, providing plenty of hangtime and lift for soft landings. This wing is also every wave rider's dream, with little to no rocking or sail flutter and excellent stability, allowing the rider to focus less on the wing and more on shredding the wave.

The newly developed Hybrid Carbon Handle (HCH) consists of a rigid carbon inner skeleton and a softly padded exterior. This combination offers the best balance of control, comfort, and safety.

During the development of the XPS, we tested hundreds of individual materials. We chose the new generation of high-quality, lightweight Dacron, proven polyester Dacron, and woven Ultra-PE laminate (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) for the most important reinforcements. The result is a highly developed material combination that offers an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, durability, and overall performance.
