As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can easily cancel it.
The best thing to do is just give us a quick call so we can cancel your order in time.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Simply accept the package and return it to us – we'll take care of the refund.

Your order will usually be with you in 3-5 business days. If a product takes longer, you will see this directly at the checkout.
International shipping? Delivery time varies by product and destination. You will see the exact delivery time at the checkout.

You have 14 days to return your item to us. You are also welcome to drop off your return directly at our store.

You can pay us by credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal (incl. PayPal Plus) or installment purchase by easyCredit.

Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund. However, we do our best to ensure your money is returned to you as quickly as possible.

If your product is currently unavailable, please contact us by email at info@surfshopfehmarn.de and we will let you know when your item will be available again.
Are all products from the online shop also available in the store?

Not everything you see online is available in our store. If you want to be sure, just give us a call – and we'll check it for you.
And if your desired product isn't currently in stock: We'll simply order it for you. It usually only takes a few days, then it'll be ready for you.
How can I purchase a gift card from you?
How can I purchase a gift card from you?
You can easily choose your voucher value in increments of 5.
Add the voucher to your shopping cart like a regular product and then proceed through the checkout.
After successful payment, you will receive a template via email, which you can either print out or give as a digital gift.
You can redeem the voucher both in our online shop and in person at the store.
Please note: The shopping vouchers are not valid for our kite, wing, or SUP courses or stations.
