    Important: Be honest and photograph any signs of wear or damage.

    Alternatively, you can always visit us – we'll take a look at everything together.

  • Step 2

    We will carefully review your item and provide you with a price quote within 48 hours.

    We will conveniently send this to you via email.

    The offer is non-binding – you can take your time to decide whether you want to accept it.

  • Step 3

    If you accept our offer, you can choose your new board or sail from us.

    We will credit the value of your old item directly towards your new purchase.

    In addition, we will send you a suitable box. All you have to do is pack your item securely and send it back to us.
