The development of our purebred wave sail has been consistently continued. Shorter luff, longer boom, deeper clew. These are the main features of the new Quad. Each sail size has been specially adapted according to its wind range. The changes are greater the smaller the sails become. The new outline is even slimmer at the top. This makes the sail's ratio significantly more compact. The sail's center of effort is thus placed further down. This provides full control when jumping, wave riding, and all maneuvers. A longer boom with a shortened luff on the smaller sails increases controllability when conditions get rough. The deeper clew position increases the sail area above the boom. This increases the sail's twist in gusts. The result: a fantastic wind range – with just one trim. The revised batten setup effectively supports the outstanding controllability of the 2023 Quad. Power for jumping and powerful bottom turns. Perfectly balanced on-off for smooth cutbacks and fluid maneuvers.
