Concept X Wing Foil Leash

Concept X coiled leash with a urethane spiral cord and two swivels, perfectly suited for shallow water. Thanks to the coiled cord, the leash does not hang as deep in the water and is less likely to get caught on rocks or other underwater obstacles. The leash has a padded neoprene cuff for attaching to the leg.
