The rapid acceleration gets you into the lineup quickly, keeps you moving in critical sections, and allows for extra jumps on the way out. The ULTRA features centered volume and a thinner rail, improving turns and control. The innovative recessed deck is a design feature Starboard introduced in 1994.

CARBON REFLEX SANDWICH

Carbon Reflex construction is our lightest, proven flagship construction and has one of the lowest warranty rates in the industry. The use of the lightest biaxial carbon provides more feel, more responsiveness and a more controlled flex than traditional boards. On the water, this construction offers ultimate performance. It delivers the most direct feedback from the water surface, enabling faster and more precise movements. With Carbon Reflex construction, you'll plane earlier and maintain more speed in turns and lulls. For 2025, the highlighted Carbon Reflex is available in limited quantities and is made to order with a custom delivery time.

OPTIMIZED FLEX

The Reflex Carbon boards feature a unidirectional flat weave T700 carbon bottom for maximum stiffness, while the decks are made from T700 biaxial carbon oriented at specific angles to optimize the ideal flex and feedback required for each board model/size and its intended use.

SANDWICH CORE

The composite sandwich layers include the use of premium 3mm H100 and H80 ultra-high density PVC foams in high-stress areas for precise flex and control.

As our flagship, every Carbon Reflex board is built from carefully specified high-end materials and laminated to tightly controlled layup specifications using premium, high-strength Sicomin epoxy resins with enhanced UV resistance.

FUSED EPS CORE – 15.5 KG/M³ DENSITY
