EPOXY CONSTRUCTION

Lightweight yet durable: epoxy composite construction. Fiberglass lay-up around an EPS core, wrapped using a multi-stage vacuum process. The foil rail mounts and foot plugs are embedded in high-density, closed-cell PVC foam, with additional reinforcement patches in key areas such as the boxes and central spine. A lightweight Paulownia wood patch layer throughout the stance area provides increased impact resistance and stiffness. The board has a hand-sanded, matte and high-gloss finish.

BOARD VENT

The vent allows air to enter and exit the board while preventing water from entering. Hassle-free, as it is factory-installed and requires no adjustment.
