Duotone Uni.XT RDM

Surely everyone has experienced surprises with standard extensions. They rarely match the rope path on the sail, usually require high trim forces, and often have rather fiddly height adjustments. All these issues were thoroughly analyzed and then addressed in the UNI.XT before construction began. The high-strength and super solid UNI.XT extension may look like many other standard extensions at first glance, but it is packed with innovations that make it an incomparable product. The current version features a completely new adjustment ring that offers a unique feature: based on the proven SDM adjustment ring, the RDM version now also ensures for the first time that the aluminum tube does not come into contact with the mast, which eliminates any contact corrosion. No other RDM extension can do that! To guarantee the same durability despite the reduced diameter, a double-walled sandwich construction made of a 7075 aluminum outer tube and an ovalized T8 inner tube is used (patent pending).
