Firstly, the deck is completely covered with EVA in the standing area, allowing for comfortable footing. Especially at the beginning, when you often have to climb onto the board, your knees or wetsuit will thank you. Furthermore, the multiple foot strap options allow for an extremely variable and individual setup for the respective sport. The rear foot sits directly over the foil when foiling, which allows for more control and a more direct ride feel. This also improves the power transfer/power flow from the wing/sail through the body to the foil, allowing you to get out of the water earlier and achieve perfect pressure on the foil faster after jibes and tacks to change direction with dry feet. The goal was to trigger the maximum fun factor, which is, after all, what our sport is mainly about, across all sizes. Accordingly, the smaller sizes are more maneuverable, while the larger boards are more stable and make early flying easier. The lengths, widths, volumes, and edges of the boards have been adjusted accordingly. According to Alex Guyader from the French Olympic team, it's possible from just 8 knots! From the nose to the center, deeper concaves and special edges allow for perfect rebound if you happen to touch the water surface. In the back, the board is more like a raceboard with cut-outs to simplify early planing. A nice side effect. The Airbolt Carbon is compatible with all foils thanks to the double US box and foil box. The board is available in 90l, 105l, 120l, 135l, and 155l.
