Pro Construction:

Main Window Pane: 6 mil Bi-PLY from Dimension Polyant is made of two 3 mil layers of PET film. This creates a softer feel, improved flexibility and reduced creasing. The UV inhibitors in the adhesive increase the product's lifespan compared to conventional monofilm.

Upper Window Areas: High-quality 4 mil Monofilm from Dimension Polyant.

Upper Body Color Panels: 2.5 mil Scrim from Dimension-Polyant is a polyester scrim plus X-PLY ®, designed for lower weight while retaining the stretch of a traditional X-PLY ® product.

Foot/Adhesive Area: 4 mil Aramid Scrim has an improved lay-up with larger denier fibers, but still with the high-strength Aramid X-PLY ®. It has much higher tear and puncture resistance at the highest loads of pure wave riding. Carbon Stretch Control Tapes are made from pre-tensioned carbon fiber bundles for low stretch and no curling. An improved PSA adhesive allows for aggressive tackiness. The use of these tapes allows for lighter and more efficient patching and sail reinforcement. Double stitching around the main window.
