TRI-FORM 3X is VAYU's proprietary, three-material leading-edge technology, combining ALUULA DCC 160 with double-density Dacron in a multi-layered construction. Each material is purposefully utilized: ALUULA provides extremely high tensile strength and minimal stretch, while the outer Dacron layers offer abrasion resistance and directional flex control. Together, they form a highly rigid, lightweight skeleton that won't deform under load, increasing canopy tension and improving response at every wind angle. Engineered for durability, aerodynamic stability, and consistent power delivery.

Fully CLICK-BOOM-COMPATIBLE, featuring reinforced boom mounts and optimized handle spacing for seamless integration with VAYU’s Click Carbon Boom System. The one-size boom fits all compatible wings (3.0 to 5.5). It’s quick to assemble, easy to transport, and reduces unnecessary baggage hassles.

FLOW GRID is VAYU's proprietary canopy structure, based on a progressive canopy layout that combines multiple Teijin fabrics of varying densities to optimize performance across the entire wing. Reinforced areas provide strength and stability where it's needed most, while lighter materials reduce overall weight and
improve responsiveness. This intelligent zoning increases canopy tension, enhances power control, and delivers a crisp, responsive feel in all conditions.

At the wing's core is Aeris FX-86, an ultra-lightweight Aluula composite positioned at the center of the leading edge, the most critical area for stiffness and load transfer. This advanced material offers an unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio, reducing flex under pressure and improving upwind drive and control. The result: faster acceleration, improved handling in gusts, and a lighter, more responsive feel with every movement.
