Modularity is at the core of the Alloy System design. It is fully compatible with all of our front foils and stabilizers, allowing your setup to grow with your riding ability. Building on the knowledge and technology that led to our industry-leading carbon performance mast, the AA Mast’s shape and structure are optimized from top to bottom to ensure an excellent balance of efficiency and strength. This design approach and attention to detail are apparent in the custom machined mast top and SailGP-inspired bottom bracket, which are constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum alloys.

The system is exclusively fitted with premium titanium and surgical-grade stainless steel hardware, ensuring a lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant setup that will last over time. Industry-leading manufacturing tolerances ensure high performance and an excellent fit and finish.

• Hexagonal Fuselage Shape: Inherently strong, stiff and modular for an easy front foil swap.
• Mast Section: 17.5mm thick, efficient in the water and strong enough to handle the demands of advanced riding.
• Aerospace-grade 6061 and 7075 alloys: Excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
• Titanium and Stainless Steel Hardware: Prevents frequent disassembly, making the setup easy to use and maintain, and offers excellent corrosion resistance. Screws are custom-made M7 and M8 x 1.25.
