1. Mast: Armstrong MK1 Performance Plus (85 cm)

The original premium carbon mast was developed in collaboration with America’s Cup designers. It set the industry standard for years and, thanks to its smooth ride, remains an extremely sought-after option.

Material: Made from the highest quality Toray intermediate and high-modulus carbon fibers for an optimal balance of weight, stiffness, and flex.
System Compatibility: Fully compatible with the proven Armstrong A+ System, ensuring maximum modularity with older and current fuselages and wings.
Flow Profile: A progressive taper ensures minimal drag while maintaining high torsional stiffness.

2. Front Wings: Armstrong MA V1 Series (800 & 1000)

The original mid-aspect (MA) series is known for tight, aggressive turns. Thanks to the highly cambered foil section, these wings offer a unique combination of early lift and excellent controllability in the high-end range. There is nothing like the feeling of being connected to the foil. The MA foils were designed to provide a seamless and intuitive riding experience, no matter which foil sport you enjoy.

Wide Range: A broad speed range with excellent controllability at the top end. This makes it easier to get up on the foil and reduces the risk of being overpowered in challenging conditions.
Ventilation Recovery: A fine leading edge and a carefully designed wingtip bend allow the flow to quickly re-establish after the tips break through (e.g. in the surf or after an air). This effectively minimizes falls.
A+ Connection: The proprietary Armstrong A+ system for connecting profiles offers industry-leading stiffness, durability, and modularity.

3. Fuselage: 60 cm Carbon Fuselage A+

The ideal and most versatile all-rounder in the Armstrong lineup. The 60 cm version offers the optimal combination of high maneuverability in the wave and sufficient pitch stability (pitch control) when riding straight.

4. Tail: Surf 205 Stabilizer

The Armstrong Surf 205 Stabilizer was specially developed for maximum maneuverability, tight turns, and a smooth riding experience in the wave. It is based on the proven, modified HS212 design and was designed as a maneuverable all-rounder. In the meantime, the model has been superseded by the newer Surf tail fin series, but is still in high demand on the used market.

The Surf 205 is an excellent upgrade for riders who want to make their setup significantly more agile and playful. It pairs perfectly with MA (Mid Aspect) as well as HA (High Aspect) front wings.

Without shims: Maximum lift, high pitch stability, ideal for smaller waves or pumping.
With shims (negative trim): Reduces drag, provides more straight-line speed, and makes the foil smoother at high speeds.
