Which boards is the Armstrong V-Strap foot strap suitable for?

The V-Strap is designed for mounting on the Armstrong Wing FG, M/L, as well as older wing and surfboards with suitable inserts. For the WKT board, a different, WKT-specific screw set is expressly required – the 27 mm self-tapping screws must not be used there.

What material is used for the strap?

The V-Strap consists of pressed memory foam, which compresses evenly under the titanium washers. This creates a direct, comfortable, and at the same time firm contact with the front foot.

What is included in the delivery of the "with Hardware" version?

The set includes three Torx 27 mm 316L stainless steel self-tapping screws with a rainbow titanium coating, as well as three titanium foot strap washers, so that the strap can be mounted directly.

Can I adjust the position and size of the strap?

Yes, there are several screw holes at each corner of the V-Strap, allowing for different placements and size adjustments on the board. This allows the strap to be adjusted to the individual standing position and shoe size.

Is the V-Strap also suitable for quick foot changes when tacking and jibing?

The V-shape is specially designed to make switching the front foot particularly gentle and quick when tacking and jibing. When paddling out, the strap can also be pressed flat under the chest without getting in the way.

How is the strap correctly screwed in?

The washers should be tightened firmly so that the memory foam is fully compressed. This ensures maximum firmness, secure grip, and a long service life of the material.

What area of use is the V-Strap designed for?

The strap is designed as a front foot attachment for wing foiling and kite foiling and supports active maneuvering, jibing, and tacking on the foil board.

How do I properly care for the memory foam foot strap?

After use, it is recommended to rinse the strap with clear fresh water and dry it protected from direct sunlight. This keeps the foam, screws, and titanium washers functional in the long term.
