Caas Extreme Powerwave 100 CC

Caas masts have been developed and produced in Slovenia for over 20 years using high-quality carbon construction. Only pre-impregnated materials are used for the carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) wrapping (carbon, glass, or aramid) (dry process). These are then cured under heat and vacuum using autoclave technology.

With this development, we have pushed the boundaries of windsurfing. The first series—30 pieces—was manufactured and tested in the second half of 2008. In wave riding, they have proven to be exceptionally reliable and durable. They are available in lengths of 340, 370, and 400 cm. They feature a typical wave construction. They are made from a special carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic wrapping and offer the highest tensile strength. The HS-type carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic wrapping allows for a higher percentage of elasticity in the carbon fibers. However, it is precisely this characteristic that is crucial for this type of mast. We recommend these to the most experienced sailors who cannot resist the adrenaline rush even under the toughest conditions.
