The highly versatile LINK harness is suitable for all rider and body types, as well as all disciplines. It was deliberately designed to be more elastic than very stiff hardshell harnesses. The flexible back shell offers a balanced ratio of mobility and necessary support.
The LINK can be combined with two different spreaderbars: the classic hook and the rope spreaderbar, which is particularly popular with wave kiters and foilers - and is also excellent for everything else, by the way - except unhooking.

- SAFETY KNIFE: Kite knife in the waist belt to free yourself from tangled kite lines in an emergency

- CLOSURE BUCKLES: Stable stainless steel clasp hooks into hook claws on the spreaderbar
- BUCKLE LOCK: Safety snap locks the clasp against unintentional unhooking

Who is the Core Link Kite Waist Harness suitable for?
The Core Link is a versatile seat harness suitable for different body types and all kite disciplines – from freeride to wave and foil, all the way to big air. Thanks to the flexible back shell, it offers more mobility than classic hardshell harnesses.
In which sizes is the Core Link available?
The Core Link Kite Waist Harness is available in five sizes from XS to XL. You can find the respective waist width in the size chart to choose the right size for your body.
Is a spreader bar included?
No, this "only" version does not include a spreader bar. You can optionally combine the harness with a classic hook spreader bar or a rope spreader bar – both are available separately and can be quickly swapped.
Can I also use the Core Link for foiling and wave riding?
Yes, the Core Link is excellent for wave and foil disciplines, especially in combination with the separately available rope spreader bar. For pure unhooking, we recommend the classic hook spreader bar.
What safety features does the Core Link offer?
The harness features a sturdy stainless steel closure with a safety snap to prevent accidental unhooking, an integrated kite knife in the waist belt, and a sheathed Dyneema line as a hold handle, which also serves for the optional attachment of a safety leash.
How do I properly care for my Core Link Kite harness?
Rinse the harness with fresh water after use in salt water and let it air dry. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods and regularly check closures and seams for wear.
How does the Core Link fit compared to a hardshell harness?
The Core Link is significantly more elastic than a hardshell harness and therefore offers more freedom of movement while providing good support. The memory foam padding and the elastic belly belt ensure a comfortably soft fit.
For what wind conditions is the Core Link designed?
As a pure harness, the Core Link is independent of wind and depends on your chosen kite and board. It is suitable for use in light wind as well as high-wind days.
