What size is the sail offered?
The used sail offered here has a size of 5.0 m² and is therefore a classic all-round format for medium to fresh wind conditions.
What mast and boom recommendations apply to the 5.0 m² version?
Duotone recommends an RDM mast with a length of 400 cm for the 5.0 m². The maximum boom length is 164 cm.
How heavy is the 5.0 m² sail?
According to the manufacturer, the Super Star Stargazer in 5.0 m² weighs 3.40 kg and features 4 battens as well as a fixed top construction.
Is the sail new or used?
It is tested second-hand goods. The sail was inspected at the Surfshop Fehmarn and is ready to use immediately.
What warranty applies to the purchase?
Since the sail is sold used, the dealer's statutory warranty applies. The original Duotone 2+3 year registration warranty (excluding monofilm) is no longer transferable to a new owner.
How do I properly care for and store the sail?
Dry the sail after every session before rolling it up, and store it away from light and in a dry place. Rinse off salt water with fresh water to protect the seams and monofilm in the long term.
