What water temperatures is the ProLimit Fusion Steamer Freezip 4/3 suitable for?

The Fusion Steamer Freezip 4/3 is designed as a 4/3 mm full suit for cool water and is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, and SUP during the transitional season and cooler months.

What material is the Fusion Steamer made of?

The suit combines double-layered Airflex 500+/350+ with FSC-certified NaturePrene2®, which is 100% neoprene-free and made from, among other things, soy oil, recycled carbon black, and oyster shell powder.

What seams and zipper are used?

The Fusion is constructed with GBS seams (Glued and Blind Stitched) for high water resistance and durability. It features a YKK Freezip front zipper that opens completely, making it easier to put on and take off.

How is the material thickness distributed on the body and arms/legs?

In the torso area, 4 mm thick material provides warmth, while 3 mm on the arms and legs provides greater mobility and comfort. The inner lining consists of Zodiac2 Plush and Quantum Stretch in the highly elastic zones.

What sports can the Fusion Steamer be used for?

The full suit is a versatile all-rounder for windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling, surfing, and SUP in cooler water – wherever freedom of movement, warmth, and a fair price matter.

How do you properly care for the wetsuit?

Rinse the suit with fresh water after every session, dry it in the shade on a wide hanger, and avoid direct heat sources. Do not store it permanently folded or compressed, and lubricate the YKK zipper with a water-based lubricant if necessary.

What is included in the delivery of the Fusion Steamer Freezip 4/3?

The delivery includes the original ProLimit wetsuit including packaging, tag/label, and ankle strap loops (leg straps) for a secure fit.

Is the Fusion Steamer a sustainable product?

Yes, NaturePrene2® is FSC-certified and completely neoprene-free. ProLimit uses soy oil as a plant-based component, recycled carbon black from old tires, oyster shell powder, and dope-dyed yarns, which reduce water consumption during dyeing by around 104 liters per kg of fabric.
