By the way, the name comes from the French voler "to fly". With many footstrap options, the Volar gives both beginners and highly advanced windsurfers the opportunity to fully enjoy the sport. The board is fast, stable and accelerates with the slightest breeze. Each size has been individually designed and shaped to provide the same riding experience across all board sizes. Very easy to fall off the back. The smoother rocker on the smaller boards provides more control on the less pleasant days with choppy waves and gusty conditions. Here too, as with the Carrera Carbon, the volume has been moved further aft and the outlines designed more parallel to ensure higher top speeds and more control. It also makes it easier to slide through falls.
