Who is the ION Rush Wing Vest suitable for?
The ION Rush Wing Vest was specially developed for wing foilers and is suitable for anyone looking for additional impact protection for the chest, back, and ribs while wing foiling, wing surfing, SUPing, kiting, or windsurfing – from beginners to advanced riders.
What protection does the vest offer?
The vest features a RE ZRO® back protector as well as an integrated chest plate. This allows it to absorb impacts during falls or hard contact with the board, foil, or mast, reliably protecting the upper body.
What is RE ZRO®?
RE ZRO® is a TPE material inspired by motocross technology that, according to the manufacturer, has been independently tested and is biodegradable under defined conditions. It provides reliable impact protection while reducing environmental impact.
Can the harness be attached to or removed from the vest?
Yes, the ION Rush Wing Vest has a removable harness. This means you can choose to use it with the harness attached for maximum control or without the harness as a pure impact vest – depending on the session and your preferences.
What features does the vest offer in terms of equipment and comfort?
The vest offers a special attachment point for the leash, shoulder pads for comfortably carrying the foil over the shoulder, and PVC buckles for easy adjustment. The front zipper makes it easier to put on and take off.
