Carbon Reflex Sandwich is Starboard's flagship construction. The deck is made from ultra-light biaxial and unidirectional carbon fibres oriented at 45, 30 and 0 degrees, while the bottom is made from even lighter unidirectional carbon with an additional 45-degree biaxial layer in the tail area for maximum torsional stiffness.
