What construction does the JP Freestyle Wave 2026 have?

The board features a PRO construction with a Carbon-Innegra deck, parabolic rails, integrated Innegra nose reinforcement, high-density PVC in the deck and bottom, S-Glass stringers, a G10 Powerbox fin, and Carbon RTM slotbox side fins.

What sizes and volumes are available?

The JP Freestyle Wave 2026 is available in volumes of 78, 84, 94, 104, 114 and 124 liters, suitable for different rider weights and wind ranges.

What sail size is suitable for the board?

The recommended sail size varies depending on the volume: from 4.0–5.5 m² for the 78 to 5.3–7.2 m² for the 124. This allows the board to be tuned for a wide range of wind conditions.

Can the Freestyle Wave 2026 also be ridden with a single fin?

Yes, thanks to the multi-fin setup with a Powerbox and two slot boxes, you can switch between a thruster setup and a single-fin setup and tune the board for freeride speed or wave and maneuverability.

Is the board suitable for foiling?

According to JP Australia, the installed Powerbox is not suitable for foiling. The board is not designed for foiling in this version.

What features does the board offer for comfort and durability?

Innegra Parabolic Rails provide greater impact resistance, prevent paint chipping, and offer better flex control in turns. A footstrap scale allows for quick adjustment to different shoe sizes.

What is supplied with the board?

The fins are included in the delivery (1x Freestyle Wave G10 CNC Powerbox fin and 2x Side Wave RTM slotbox fins). The sail, mast, mast base and lines must be selected separately.
