FAQ
FAQ
What do I need the NeilPryde MDM Mast Adapter for?
The adapter makes any existing RDM mast extension MDM-compatible. This allows you to use your existing RDM extension with a new NeilPryde MDM mast without having to buy a separate MDM extension.
Is the adapter compatible with any RDM extension?
Yes, the MDM Mast Adapter is designed to fit any standard RDM mast extension. Thanks to its precise fit, it sits securely and stays reliably in place.
How is the MDM adapter installed?
Installation is quick and tool-free: simply slide the adapter onto the top end of your RDM extension before attaching the MDM mast. An integrated recess prevents the adapter from sliding completely into the mast.

What material is the adapter made of?
The MDM Mast Adapter Plastic is made of durable, lightweight plastic. The design is engineered for low weight and high durability.
Who is the MDM Mast Adapter for?
Ideal for all windsurfers who are switching to a NeilPryde MDM mast but have already invested in RDM extensions. It saves you from having to buy a special MDM extension and, as a small spare part, always fits in your board bag.
What is included in the delivery?
You will receive one MDM Mast Adapter Plastic. The mast, extension, and other accessories are sold separately.
