Mittens Cold Water

FAQ

What water temperatures are the ProLimit Mittens Cold Water suitable for?

The ProLimit Mittens Cold Water are designed for maximum warmth in cold waters with 4 mm double-lined neoprene, making them ideal for sessions in the North and Baltic Seas, as well as cooler surf and kite spots.

Are the Mittens Cold Water real mittens or finger gloves?

They are classic mittens, where the thumb and the rest of the fingers are together in a single compartment. This ensures less water flushing through and more warmth.

How do I close the gloves at the wrist?

The mittens are secured at the wrist with a wide Velcro fastener. This allows them to be individually adjusted and ensures they stay securely on the arm even under strong pull.

What sizes are available for the Mittens Cold Water?

The ProLimit Mittens Cold Water are available in several sizes from S to XL, so you can choose the right size for your hands.

Do the mittens fit my ProLimit wetsuit?

The ProLimit Mittens Cold Water are designed to match the rest of the ProLimit Cold-Water series and can be easily combined with matching ProLimit wetsuits and boots, so you are wrapped warm from head to hand.

How do I properly care for my neoprene mittens?

Rinse the gloves with clear fresh water after every session, let them dry in the shade, and avoid direct sunlight and heat sources so that the neoprene and Velcro fastener remain flexible for a long time.
