The Mystic Stealth Bar for kitesurfing is relatively new to the market and has several advantages. The first is the folding clasp, which allows you to adjust the straps to fit perfectly, so you don't have to readjust them later and can get on the water faster. You hook the metal bar behind a small barb and fold the clasp over, which tensions the straps. When opening, you release this tension again.
