What material is used in the Carbon 25?

The boom is made of a hybrid carbon composite with 70% carbon and 30% fiberglass. Compared to the 100% carbon layup of the Carbon Pro series, this allows for significantly lower costs with almost identical performance.

Does the Carbon 25 fit RDM and SDM masts?

Yes, the Neilpryde Carbon 25 comes with a removable, snap-in RDM V-Shape mast shim adapter. This makes it suitable for standard mast diameters and easy to adjust.

What distinguishes the Carbon 25 from the Carbon Pro 25?

Both booms use the same design and shape. However, the Carbon 25 uses a hybrid carbon composite (70/30 carbon/fiberglass), while the Carbon Pro 25 is made of 100% carbon. In the larger 155–205 version, the Carbon 25 also offers slightly more outhaul than the Carbon Pro 25.
