NeilPryde Combat Foil Impact SZ

FAQ

What is the NeilPryde Combat Foil Impact vest designed for?

The Combat Foil Impact is a protective vest for foiling, windsurfing, and wing foiling. It protects the torso and back during hard landings and falls into the water.

Which areas does the vest cover?

The padding design with segmented impact panels primarily protects the chest, abdomen, ribs, and lower back—exactly the areas most likely to strike the foil, board, or water when foiling.

What sizes is the vest available in?

The NeilPryde Combat Foil Impact SZ is available in six sizes from XS to XXL, so you can choose the right fit for your build.

How does the Combat Foil Impact fit while riding?

The cut is designed for freedom of movement when pumping, jumping, and riding. Side zippers make it easier to put on and take off over or under the harness.

Is the vest also suitable for kiting or wave riding?

Yes, the impact protection works for all disciplines involving a foil or a hard board—including kite foiling, wing foiling, and wave surfing.

What material is the vest made of?

The exterior is made of a durable, quick-drying neoprene material, while flexible, segmented foam panels on the inside provide cushioning during impacts.

How do I care for the NeilPryde Impact vest?

Rinse the vest with fresh water after every session, let it dry in a well-ventilated area out of the sun, and avoid heat and direct sunlight to keep the neoprene and adhesive intact for as long as possible.

What is included?

The package includes only the vest itself in the size selected. The harness, helmet, and other accessories are sold separately.
