Description
2025 NeilPryde X100 Pro RDM
Our flagship mast and the fastest, most flexible mast in the range. The 100% carbon prepreg construction uses Torq-Preg, a unique prepreg material with a fiber orientation of +/- 45 degrees. This orientation helps to control torsion, especially in the boom area. Thanks to this construction, the mast is extremely light and offers very fast response times.
Now available in MDM, SDM, and RDM to cover all disciplines, rider types, and wind conditions.
RDM: Recommended for the windiest and most challenging conditions, as well as for lighter riders who prefer maximum flexibility.
MDM: Ideal for medium to strong winds in foil and slalom racing, offering slightly less drag than SDM masts, but greater responsiveness than RDM.
SDM: Perfect for our largest sails in light to medium winds, offering maximum responsiveness for slalom and foil racing, especially for heavier riders.

FAQ
FAQ
FAQ
Who is the NeilPryde X100 Pro RDM the right choice for?
The X100 Pro RDM is NeilPryde's top mast with 100% carbon prepreg and Torq-Preg technology. It is particularly suitable for lighter riders as well as for the windiest and most demanding conditions when maximum flexibility is required.
What lengths are available for the X100 Pro RDM?
The RDM variant is available in several lengths. You can find the exact selection in the available size options for this item.
What does RDM mean compared to MDM and SDM?
RDM stands for Reduced Diameter Mast. NeilPryde recommends RDM for very windy conditions and lighter riders, MDM for foil and slalom racing in medium to strong winds, and SDM for large sails in light to medium winds, especially for heavier riders.
What mast curve does the X100 Pro RDM have?
Depending on the length, the X100 Pro RDM features either a Flex Top Curve or a Constant Curve. You can find the exact curve for each length in the specification table in the product description.
What does Torq-Preg technology stand for?
Torq-Preg is a unique prepreg material with a fiber orientation of +/- 45 degrees. It helps control torsion, especially in the area of the mast base, ensuring an extremely light weight with a very fast response time.
How do I properly care for and transport the carbon mast?
Carbon masts should be stored dry and ideally transported in a mast bag to protect the surface from damage. Impacts and point loads, especially around the ends, should be avoided.
Is the X100 Pro RDM compatible with all NeilPryde sails?
The mast is designed to match NeilPryde's top sails. You can find which sail sizes the X100 Pro RDM is recommended for in each length in the manufacturer's respective sail recommendations.
