After many years of development, an extension is finally here that solves the problem of not knowing precisely what length to set it to for a given sail. With the "Noerstick Extension," after pulling the sail all the way down with the left rope, you can then easily set the desired luff tension with the right rope. This ensures you always have the perfect trim, as the pulley block is always pulled all the way down. Thanks to a four-fold deflection, the trimming forces are very low. It is also by far the most stable and stiffest extension on the market, making it perfectly suited for race and large freeride sails, as no undesirable bending occurs in this part of the rig.

All parts are made of high-quality stainless steel and have been assembled in the area around Klitmöller / Denmark.

Which sail is the Noer Stick extension suitable for?

The Noer Stick extension is designed for race and large freeride sails. Thanks to its particularly stiff and stable construction, no unwanted bending occurs in the lower rig area, which noticeably improves the trim.

Which mast fittings and lengths are available?

The extension is available in lengths of 15 cm, 25 cm, 35 cm, and 50 cm for SDM masts, as well as in 35 cm for RDM masts. This allows you to choose the right version for almost any common windsurf rig.

How does trimming work with the Noer Stick extension?

First, pull the sail completely down with the left sheet until the cam cleat is at the bottom. Then, set the desired sheet tension with the right sheet – this way you have the perfect trim for every session.

How easy is the extension to operate?

Due to the four-fold routing of the sheets, the required trimming forces are very low. You can also comfortably and finely adjust the sheet tension under load on the water.

What material is the Noer Stick extension made of?

All components are made of high-quality stainless steel. The final assembly is done by hand in the Klitmøller region in Denmark – the well-known Cold Hawaii spot.

Is the extension suitable for use in the Baltic and North Seas?

Yes, the robust stainless steel construction is resistant to seawater and reliably withstands the conditions of the North and Baltic Seas. This makes it a durable choice for both inland areas and rougher areas.

Does the extension fit into my existing windsurf rig?

The extension is inserted between the mast base and the mast and is available in SDM and RDM versions. When choosing, pay attention to whether your mast has the standard SDM diameter or the thinner RDM.
