What material is the vest made of?

The vest is made of 3 mm neoprene and features a buoyancy foam core. On the inside, a soft fleece lining ensures comfortable wear even during longer sessions.

How does the Impact Vest fit?

The Starboard Impact Vest has an anatomical fit, so it sits close to the body without restricting movement. The concealed front zipper with a zipper garage at the neck prevents chafing, and soft cuffs ensure a clean finish at the arms.

Can I use the vest with a harness?

Yes, the simple, close-fitting design is made so that it can be combined with a harness without restricting the shoulder and arm area.

In which sizes is the Starboard Impact Vest available?

The Starboard Impact Vest is available in several sizes. In this variant, we offer sizes M and L. If you are unsure, we are happy to advise you personally at our surf school in Fehmarn.

How do I properly care for the neoprene vest?

After use in salt water, rinse the vest with clean fresh water and let it dry in the shade. You should avoid direct sunlight and heat sources so that the neoprene and buoyancy foam remain flexible for a long time.
