Uphaul Rope Deluxe

FAQ

What is the Neilpryde Uphaul Rope Deluxe designed for?

The Uphaul Rope Deluxe is a hoisting rope (starting line) for windsurfing. It helps you pull the sail back into a vertical position and secure it to the mast after a fall or when water starting.

What advantages does the Deluxe version offer compared to a standard uphaul line?

The foam tubes have an increased diameter, making the line particularly comfortable and easy to hold. At the same time, it is less prone to uncontrolled swinging when not in use.

Who is the Uphaul Rope Deluxe suitable for?

It is suitable for all windsurfers who value a comfortable grip and a stable position of the line on the mast – from beginners to advanced riders.

What colors are available?

The Neilpryde Uphaul Rope Deluxe is available in two colors: C1 Black and C2 Blue. This allows you to match it visually to the rest of your equipment.

Does the line stay taut after hoisting?

Yes, thanks to the internal elastic, the line automatically contracts during the ride and lies close to the mast. This prevents annoying flapping or getting caught.

Is the Uphaul Rope Deluxe compatible with every mast?

It is designed as a universal windsurf accessory and can be used on standard masts and sails. Just make sure to attach the line correctly to the mast base or the designated eyelet.

How do I properly care for the Uphaul Rope Deluxe?

After use in salt water, rinse the line with clean fresh water and let it dry completely before storing it. This keeps the rubber, foam, and webbing functional for a long time.

What is included in the delivery?

You will receive a ready-made Uphaul Rope Deluxe in the selected color, including the sewn-in loop and the integrated elastic cords for the self-tensioning function.
